Our Story
Flour Batch was founded with a simple goal: to create the ultimate comfort cookie.
Instead of chasing flashy, trend-driven flavors designed for social media likes, we focus on classic, familiar flavor profiles. Each batch is thoughtfully baked with quality and taste taken to the next level.
Our Cookies
Weighing in at over 1/4 lb each (nearly 1/3 lb, actually!) our cookies are oversized, decadent, and made for sharing.
Our take on the OG classic, we balance just the right amount of Belgian chocolate in this flavor favorite.
You can’t get them at Costco anymore, but you CAN get the cookie version from us! The cinnamon-and-sugar combo can’t be beat, especially with our cookie’s crunchy exterior and soft interior.
Our favorite double chocolate cookie infused with the ultimate comfort flavor — peanut butter.
A blend of Valrhona and Callebaut chocolate, this is our most decadent cookie.
Also known as Birthday Cake, we took a few liberties with this sugar cookie staple. We combine caramelized white chocolate with standard white chocolate for added flavor depth. Then we sprinkle in all-natural confetti for fun. Watch out for the sugar rush on this one.

Flour Batch is baked in Woodinville and rooted in community. Cookies are baked fresh in a licensed commercial kitchen and will be offered through scheduled drops, pop-up events, and local markets.
